I have the power to eliminate fetal alcohol spectrum disorders!
I promise to have and/or encourage alcohol free pregnancies by making effective choices and being supportive.
I agree during pregnancy there is absolutely no safe amount or type of alchol to use and no safe time to drink it AND I promise to spread the word.
I promise to get help immediately if I am unable to be alcohol free.
